Can my dog be in the yard while you scoop?

Yes! If your dog is friendly, they can be in the yard while we work.

They may even get a treat (with your OK, of course)!

Do I need to be home for you to clean my yard?

No, you don’t need to be home. As long as we have access to the area that needs cleaning, we can take care of it without you being home. We can even send picture proof that we locked the gate once leaving.

Do you put the waste in our trashcan?

Absolutely not! We want to leave your property (including your trash cans) poop & odor free! All waste is hauled away and disposed of off-site.

When will I be billed?

Your account will be drafted on or around the 15th of each month. Clients pay for the upcoming month’s service, ensuring you have uninterrupted service and peace of mind

Can we choose the day of service?

It depends on your location. We optimize our schedule by assigning you a day when a technician is in your area. While many customers prefer a Wednesday pickup, it’s not always possible to accommodate everyone on that day. However, we will do our best to match your preferred schedule.

How do weather delayed services get rescheduled?

In many cases, Poo Bandit technicians will work to make sure your service is rescheduled for later in the same week. If this is the case, you will receive an email with a different date for your typical week of service. However, if weather conditions continue to be a problem and delay service, your service will resume the following week as scheduled.
