Your account will be drafted on or around the 15th of each month. Clients pay for the upcoming month’s service, ensuring you have uninterrupted service and peace of mind
It depends on your location. We optimize our schedule by assigning you a day when a technician is in your area. While many customers prefer a Wednesday pickup, it’s not always possible to accommodate everyone on that day. However, we will do our best to match your preferred schedule.
In many cases, Poo Bandit technicians will work to make sure your service is rescheduled for later in the same week. If this is the case, you will receive an email with a different date for your typical week of service. However, if weather conditions continue to be a problem and delay service, your service will resume the following week as scheduled.
